This arrangement belonged to the “Boullongne”, an East India Company vessel from the first half of the 18th century. The unusual nature of the arrangement is in the fact that the oven, whose door can be seen, is topped by kitchens. The assembly therefore represents a considerable mass and height. Only the exterior will be represented here.
